Although Princess Eugenie's royal wedding to Jack Brooksbank over the weekend may not have received as much fanfare as Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's, the most recent royal bride's nuptials did not disappoint in the least, especially with regard to her fashion choices. From Eugenie's off-the-shoulder ceremony dress by Peter Pilotto to the stunning Zac Posen number she slipped into for the evening reception, the glowing royal truly looked her absolute best, and we are here for it. Plus, being the ever-modern bride, the 28-year-old also adapted yet another popular wedding clothing trend-donning a custom wedding day jacket. Spoiler: It's so pretty, and totally princess-appropriate.
Following Eugenie and Brooksbank's October 12 festivities, the newlyweds extended their celebrations onto the following day, inviting their guests to partake in a carnival-themed soiree in Windsor Great Park. This equally momentous wedding-related occasion naturally called for yet another major style moment, and The Daily Mail reports that the bride slipped into a white minidress and pink personalized jacket, inscribed with "Mrs. Brooksbank" on the back.
Designed by Sam Dougal, creative director and cofounder of British clothing brand Gainsbourg, the glamorous topper features Eugenie's own handwriting in shimmery lettering. Dougal took to Instagram yesterday to showcase her royal-approved creation, designed in collaboration with the bride's stylist, Sarah Price.
"All the love to HRH Princess Eugenie, Mrs Brooksbank and her lovely new husband Jack," she captioned the post. "Im so so honoured to have been asked to design the bespoke look she wore for the day 2 wedding celebrations at Windsor in collaboration with her brilliant stylist @styletonic_sarahprice. The pale pink biker jacket was embroidered with the words 'Mrs Brooksbank' in the Princess' own handwriting 💙."
This isn't the first time Eugenie has tapped Dougal's creative talents-her bespoke blue frock from Harry and Meghan's May 19 nuptials was made by the designer.

Congratulations are in order to the new "Mrs. Brooksbank," and we hope this jacket is deemed worthy of a postwedding reappearance.
